Ok... It's taken me until tonight to be able to sit down and put some sort of sampling together of our great winter break trip to Florida. I have been busy working on some fun projects this week that I'll announce next week so stay tuned for that. In the mean time.... let me share some of the warmth and sunshine we soaked in for a week.
I could go on for days about all the things we did, but I'll just narrate the pictures instead. Most all our vacation photos are taken with a little Canon power shot Elph. I only pull out my camera for the portraits. I think the power shot is amazing!
In case you forgot, Will still is in a full cast with crutches. At first I was worried about hauling him around on vacation, but in true Will spirit... he was a total trooper.
Jonas is currently fascinated by two things, first, dinosaurs and second, the movie "Surf's Up". For those of you who know the movie he wanted to take this picture and send it to Cody Maverick.
This is Jonas just laying in the window watch the black tip sharks swim. One reason he loves sharks is because they are relatives of the dinosaurs.
Traveling with a broken leg isn't really too bad. Just rent a wheel chair. This was how we made our way through so much. Actually, I highly recommend it for kids in large theme parks like Universal studios where this picture was taken.
Of course, Jonas was in Dinosaur heaven. He picked out a dinosaur shirt as a souvenir and didn't take it off again for 4 days.
We went to the MOSI ( Museum of science and industry) which was one of Will's very favorite things. If you are in Tampa and have kids DO NOT miss this amazing place. This is the Hurricane experience where they shut you in a wind tunnel and let you experience category 1 hurricane winds. For people from Utah...we thought it was cool.
I have so many great portraits of the kids there is just no way I can post them all. So I'll just give you a few and sprinkle some throughout the website over time. It really was so fun! Please note the need for creative cropping to hide the bright green cast on Will.
I'll catch you up to speed on all my other projects soon.
